Roger Tallon is a French designer considered one of the most important in the French industrial world. Pioneer and visionary, he conceived the TGV : ergonomics, colors, lights, visual identity. It is the first designer to create watches for a watch company. In 1954, he conceptualized the Camera Duplex 9.5mm for Pathé and in 1966, Teleavia the first portable TV. He also created the famous spiral staircases and worked seven years for General Motors. As a teacher, he opened the first industrial design course by organizing the design department of the National School of Decorative Arts in Paris. He joined forces with LIP to create original watches, with a very futuristic look for the time.
