SHIPPING INFORMATION
From receipt of your order and after an availability check, we will choose the best solution among the offers of our partners of specialised transport to deliver your order.
After validation and payment, we will send your order to the desired address as soon as possible.
You will find the following information in the confirmation e-mail:
- Date and time of the order,
- Products
- Order reference number;
- The total amount of the order
- A link towards a downloadable electronic invoice
- Delivery
- Information relative to the customer service and the cancellation of your order
Item Unavailability
If an item is unavailable, you will be sent an email with a notification detailing the scheduled time of availability or a refund of your purchase.
DELIVERY IN MAINLAND FRANCE
If you have chosen home delivery, all products are shipped within 3 to 4 days (subject to availability).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the parcel and are displayed before payment.
We recommend providing your work address to optimize delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For shipments outside the European Union, any applicable taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will be requested upon delivery. In this case, the invoice is included with the parcel and a copy is sent to the customer at the billing address.
Important information - Shipments to the Middle East

List of affected countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon.
SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to withdraw. In this case, you may obtain a refund from Customer Service for your order, except for the return shipping costs incurred.

A confirmation email will be sent to you. You will then have 14 days to return the product(s) in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return slip provided must be included inside the package, and it must be sent to the following address: 107 Rue de Rivoli, 75001, Paris, (France). Any return not following this procedure may be refused and will not be reimbursed.
After receipt and inspection of the returned products, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days. If the return concerns only part of the order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
