Jean-Pierre Constant is a national lecturer, trained at the Carnavalet-Histoire de Paris museum, professor of history of styles at the Camondo School in Paris, and a lecturer at the Dior Académie. He holds a doctoral thesis on François Mauriac and the arts. He is the author of the texts of this book. Marco Mencacci, architect and designer, is a multidisciplinary artist. He teaches at international universities and at Camondo School in Paris.
He is the author of the illustrations of this book and coordinated the iconographic selection within the fund of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris.
