For the past fifteen years, Pascale Lion has been exploring chain mails, these fascinating materials. Her works play with textures, structures, transparency and shimmers. She first developed items and large-scale installations for architecural purposes.

Her research leads towards simple shapes and her creations make matter palpable in our everyday life.
Her jewels are the natural continuation of this research. On a different scale, they reverse the link with the body but the material and its richness remain the constant guiding principles. Simple, light and fancy, the OOOO jewels are developed in series and collections. Proportions, rythms and colours match in a thousand manners.

Materials are stainless steel, bronze and brass, all of which are recyclable. Gilding are made with fine gold. Stainless steel, which is at the core of the collection, mostly originates from recycled material.
